Va~ Ted is in desperate need of a home

This is Ted. Ted was brought to the shelter by his owners because he dug holes in the backyard. He is terrier mix approx 2 yrs old. He needs to be out of the shelter by Thurs Sept 25nd or he will be euthanized. I seriously doubt that this poor soul has ever known a day of love in life.
